At the age of 11-15 years, the body of a teenager expects many significant changes associated with the period of growing up (puberty). One of the unpleasant fact of this period is the appearance of acne, oily skin, black spots, quickly getting dirty hair. This is the result of increased activity of the sebaceous glands during puberty. Most glands are found on the face, chest and back, which means that these zones suffer the most.
