How does Jalupro work?
Jalupro works by delivering a concentrated blend of hyaluronic acid and amino acids directly into the dermis layer of the skin. What Should I Expect?
Before Treatment
During the initial consultation at L Beauty, we will listen to your treatment expectations and discuss what you wish to achieve. Following an assessment of your treatment needs, we will recommend which areas would benefit most from Jalupro treatment. No two cases are the same, and you will receive a personal treatment plan based upon your concerns and objectives, skin condition and medical history.
After a treatment plan has been agreed, and only once you are happy to proceed, you will be asked to read, understand and sign a consent form before the treatment can begin.
During Treatment
Jalupro is injected into the skin using a very fine needle or cannula. Multiple micro-injections are administered beneath the skin surface in strategic points to maximise efficacy and ensure even distribution. The hyaluronic acid and amino acids work together to deeply hydrate the skin and stimulate collagen production. The treatment is relatively quick, typically taking about 30-60 minutes depending on the areas treated. A topical numbing cream can be applied before treatment to minimise any discomfort.
After Treatment
After a treatment some reactions are relatively common, these include slight redness, swelling, itching, bruising and tenderness at the injection sites. The reactions are generally mild to moderate and usually disappear shortly after injection. They typically resolve spontaneously within a few days. In the majority of cases, our patients are able to return to work or their usual daily activities immediately. Results continue to improve over the following weeks and months as collagen production increases.
